Your share is a fixed part of the selling price and it grows with volume. Levels are recomputed on the first day of each quarter from twelve months of completed stays, and never lowered mid-quarter.

Good to know
- Who takes the payment?
- Payment is taken securely at checkout, and the checkout page says who processed it. FeedStays never sees a card number. The guest gets a confirmation email with a link to manage the booking.
- When am I paid?
- Your share becomes payable on the first of the month after the guest has stayed, and is paid by PayPal or Wise in the monthly run. Minimum $25; smaller balances roll over.
- Can I price below the ceiling?
- Yes, down to your floor. Whatever you give up comes out of your own share; the price can never go under FeedStays' floor or over the ceiling.
- What if the guest cancels?
- Free-cancellation rates are refunded in full before the deadline shown at booking, and the booking leaves your ledger. Non-refundable rates are marked before the guest pays.
- Do I need an audience?
- You need people who ask you where to stay: followers, clients, a group chat. FeedStays gives you the price and the checkout; the demand is yours.
- Can I book for myself?
- Yes, through your own store. Your share posts to your ledger like any other booking, which works out as a rebate on your own stay.
